Join Ashton Roach, certified grief therapist, for an engaging presentation on nature and our mental health. The talk will span topics on the nervous system and how we're wired to survive, building resilience through the conditioning of our nervous system when we adapt to controlled changes through personally fulfilling adventures, and focusing on how to utilize the power of nature in times of change, stress and growth.
