About the event
Use your Sunday evenings in May to connect with YOU! Dedicate time to slowing down and taking the time for your wellness in the peacefulness of the outdoors. Kristen is a mental health professional and yoga instructor that believes in the importance of creating a healthy mind-body connection. You'll leave each of these sessions feeling invigorated and refreshed. Join for one, or register for the series.
Each 2-hour workshop will take place at a unique section of Mt. Airy Forest and will include light stretches, meditations, hiking and yin yoga basics. Hikes will be a slower pace in order to take in the sounds, smells and sights of the forest, with talking at a minimum. Each session will be rounded out with an easy yin yoga flow, which is designed for participants to focus on holding longer poses and practicing breathwork.
Electrolyte beverages and snacks will be provided.
